Danielle Mandigo, LCSW

After spending 6 years as a middle and high school science teacher, Danielle became frustrated with the myriad mental health challenges that kept today’s youth from thriving.  Wanting to address these challenges, she left education to become a psychotherapist–a career that is a perfect fit for her personality and passions.

Danielle has extensive experience working with youth and young adults as well as working with parents on managing stress and relationships.  Areas of specialty include family/relationship dynamics, grief and loss, depression and suicidal thinking, gender and sexual identity challenges, anger and behavior management, substance use, and traumatic experiences.

Danielle utilizes solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques to help clients work through the challenges they face and towards their goals and dreams
