I have worked at PHC in the Liverpool office for over 14 years. I enjoy the everyday interactions with the patients and try and make them feel as comfortable as possible.

I have been with PHC for over 21 years. I have a BA in Psychology with a minor in Society in Human Services from SUNY Potsdam. I’ve been certified and doing medical billing since 1997 in different venues, but PHC had me right at the interview. It’s family here, providers and a whole lot of the patients that I have been able to help with their accounts at the front/side desk and then on phone over the years. I have done almost every job from front/side desk, insurance/patient payment posting, and of course billing. I am currently working in our billing department.
